Responsibilities :

Approach, greet, and assist customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Respond promptly to internet leads and follow up with online customers to drive sales opportunities.

Provide detailed explanations of product performance, applications, and benefits to assist customers in making informed decisions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and rapport-building skills.

Deliver polished presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles to showcase their features and benefits.

Skillfully handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales according to company standards to achieve sales targets.

Regularly report to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements :

Previous dealership experience is advantageous but not required; we welcome candidates with a drive to succeed.

Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation structure with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Enthusiastic, energetic, and positive attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills.

Outgoing and personable demeanor, particularly adept at handling objections and negotiations.

Possess a clean and valid driver’s license, with reliable transportation to and from work.

Willingness to undergo background and drug checks as part of the employment process.

Openness to learning and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to personal and professional development.
